Inspection Data Entry Form

User Guide — How to Fill the Inspection Form (tap to open)
  1. Inspector: your name is filled automatically from your login.
  2. Line & Unit: pick the Line Number first — the Production Unit fills in automatically. Then choose the Section.
  3. Bundle / Work Order: tap Scan with camera and hold the bundle-ticket QR in the centre box, or type WO / Cut / Bundle / Sr / Qty by hand.
  4. Operator: tap Scan with camera and scan the operator's QR card (keep it in the centre of the frame). Name, Employee ID and Designation fill in automatically. Inactive operators cannot be selected.
  5. Machine & Operation: type to search, then select. The Skill rating auto-fills from the operation.
  6. Faults: for each defect choose the Fault Name, pick a Severity, and enter the Fault Count and Altered Pieces. Use Add Another Fault for more than one defect.
  7. Round & Shift: set the round number and shift. Checked Pieces comes from the bundle quantity.
  8. DHU % is calculated automatically as (Altered Pieces ÷ Checked Pieces) × 100.
  9. Press Save Inspection Entry. All required fields must be filled; a duplicate (same operator, date and round) is blocked.
  10. Tip: hold QR codes steady in the centre square for the quickest scan.
